and extension sgreement bearing date the 27th dap of August, 1965,-
recorded in O. R. Book 125, at page 414, in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Sta#e~ of Pl.orida, in the
~ principal sum of TWO THOUSAND (~2,000.00) DOLLARS, and certain
promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed and mortgage
modification and extension agreement, upon the property situate in
said State and County described as foilows, to-wit: -
All those,lands as referred to and described
in the above referenced mortgage;
' hereby acknowledges fuli paqment and satisfacti~n of said note and
mortgage deed and said mortgage ~odification and extension agreement,
and surrenders the same as cancelled, and herebq directs the Clerk~of
the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
