BEFORE ME, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared
JULIA PARRLS who, upon first being duly aworn, did depose and say that .
she is a daughter of Elizabeth Smith who was the grantor in that certain
deed conveying the above described real property to Riverside Company
dated May 21, 1956, ffled September 10, 1956 in Deed Book 21$, page
226, St. Lucie County, Florid4 public records. This affiant further says
that on a date prior to May 21, 1856, her said mother, Elizabeth $mith
was divorced from the father of this affiant and that her said mother never
again married, and that on the date of the execution of the af4rementioned _z_

deed of conveyance the said Elizabeth Smith was a single adult and continued
thereafter in that status until her demise.
