BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, peraonally appeared W~
A. PALMER, who, upon first being duly sworn, did depc~se and say that
he has been a resident of Jensen Beach and Martin County and a resident
of St. Lucie County for more than 4__ 2___ years last past and that he
was well acquainted with one Elizabeth Smith during the years of her
residence in St. Lucie County, Florida, wh~ch extended over many years,
and that this affiant knows that on May 21, 1956, the date upon which the
said Elizabeth Smith executed a deed of conveyance of the above described

' real property to Riverside Company, which said deed i8 recorded in Deed
Book 218, page 226 of St. Lucie County, Florida records, the said
Elizabeth Smith was an unremarried divorcee , and that she continued in
auch single status until her demise. •
