corporation, orqanized and existinq under the laws of the State of
Florida, with its principal office an8_place of business in the City
of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, and State of Florida, party of the
first part, and DANISL A. STI$GLBAUSR, JR., whose address is 319 W.
Main Street, P. O. Sox 191. Waukesha 53187, Wis., party of the second

to it in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has

land lying and beinq in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida,

And the said party of the first part, for itself and successors
and assigns, does hereby warrant the title to said lands.and will defend
the same aqainst all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming
the same by, through and under the grantor herein:

caused these presents to be signed in its name by its proper officers
and its corporate seal to be affixed thereto, attested by its Secretary
