1967, by ALFRED SAVINELLI and MENA SAVINII.LI, his wife, herein-
after called the grantors, to SAVINELLI GR+OVES, INC., a corpora-

ti46n existin,g under the laws of the State of Florida, with its
permanent postoff ice address at Rt. 4 Rawls Road, Fort Pierce,
. Florida, hereinafter called the grantee:
WIZldESSE~i: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, b~xgain, sell, alien
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

taining 2.3 acres, more or less. -
