THIS WARRANTY DEED, rnade the a.,,Q~

A. D. 1967, by WILLIAM T. FLANAGAN and THERESE G. FLANAGAN, his
wife, hereinafter ealled the grantors, to FRIDERICK YORKE, JR.,
and DOROTHY P. YiURKE, his wife, whose mailing address is: 967
Jaques Avenue, Rahway, New Jersey
hereinafter ealled the grantees.
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration
of the surn of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
of whieh is hereby aclmowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm wito the grantees, all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Commencing at the NW corner of Outlot 6 in the
Town of White City, Florida, in Section 4,
