ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE e CO
TAIS ASSIGNMEI~ OF LEASE, made and given by GRANADA
GROVES CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, hereinafter reEerred to
as "Granada", to THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK AT ORt,ANDO, a national
banking association, hereinafter referred to as the "Bank", whose
• address for the purposea hereof is 200 South Orange Avenue, Orlando,
Florida;
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, Granada and the Bank have executed and entered
~ into a certain agreement of even date herewith entitled "Loan Agree- ~ i

~ ment", and pursuant to said Loan Agreement the Bank has loaned to ~

Granada the sum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) and Granada
~ has executed and delivered its promissory note evidencing said loan ~

to the Bank, said note being of even date herewith; and `

WBEREAS, Granada represents and warrants to the Bank that

there was heretofore made and entered into a certain indenture of ~
- lease made as of the lst day of November, 1954, between Granada
(designated in said indenture of lease as the "Lesso~'~ and Minute c°n
Maid Groves Corporation, a Florida corporation (designated in said ~

lease has been recorded among the Public Records of Lake, Marion, j

Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Saint Lucie, and Seminole
Counties, in the State of Florida, and appears among the Public
Records of said counties, respectively, in the records books follow-
