and that said indenture of lease has been heretofore modified and
amended by a certain indenture entitled "Lease Supplement" dated as
of the 31st day of March, 1961, executed by Granada and the said
Minute Maid Groves Corporation, and that said indenture of lease has
been heretofore further modified and amended by a certain indenture
entitled "Lease Supplement" dated as of the 13th day of December, I965,
executed by Granada and the said Minute Maid Groves Corporation, said
indenture of lease and each of said indentures entitled "Lease Supple-
, ment" being incorporated herein by reference thereto, and said ir~-
denture of lease as amended and modified by each and both of said
indentures entitled "Lease Supplement" being hereinafter referred to
,
as the "Lease"; and •
WHEREAS, in and by said Loan Agreement Granada covenanted
and agreed to make the assignment herein made for the purpose of
securing said note and the payment of the sums specified therein,
this assignment being required by the Bank as a condition to making
said loan; ~
NaGI, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises., and of
the pramises and agreements set forth in said Loan Aqreement and
the making of said loan by the Bank to Granada, Granada hereby grants, E

assigns, transfers and sets over unto the Bank the aforesaid Lease,
together with all the rents, issues and profits of the property de-
mised and leased in and by said Lease, and all the rents and payments
of every kind payable by the Le~see under or by virtue of said Lease.
