inquire as to whether such default actually exists, and notwithstand-
ing any notice from or clai.m of Granada to the contrary, and that
Granada shall have no right or clai.m aqainst The Coca-Cola Company
for any such rents so paid by it to the Bank. Upon the curing of all
defaults, the Bank shall give written notice thereof to The Coca-Cola
Company and thereafter, until the possible receipt of any further
similar written requests of the Bank, the Lessee shall pay the rents
and other sums payable under the Lease to Granada.
All the covenants and agreements hereinabove contained on
the part of either party shall-apply to and bind their successors
and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Granada has executed this assignment
in form proper and sufficient in law to bind Granada, as of the
. - 5th day of May , 1967.
