THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 8th day of June
19 67 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD. AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE.
hereinafter called the Grantors, to paul C. Holden and Menzenita M. Holden,
his wife
whose postoffice address is 3525 Slade Run Drive
Falls Church, Visginia
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of

acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have qood right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same aqainst the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said.land is free of all encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject ta the fo~loyving conditions and restrictions ~
which shall be construed as covenants real running wittr the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if-any and to easements shown on the sub- ~
division plat. '
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 257
at Page 472 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19 66 and subsequent years.
