Together with all structures and imprnvementa now and hereafter on said land, and ~ixtures attached
thereto, and all rents, isaues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, ail of which
are inclnded within the foregoing description and the habendam thereof; also all gas, ateam, electric,
water, and other heating, cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power
systems, machines. appliances, fixtures, and appurtenances. which now are or may hereafter pertain to,
or be used with. in. or on said premises~ even though they be detached or detachable.

And the mortgagor hereby covenants with the mortgag~e, that he is indefeasibly seized of said Iand ~
in fee aimple; that he haa full power and lawful right to convey the same in fee simple as aforesaid;
that it shall be lawful for the mortgagee, at ali times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy.
