In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural, `
and the masculine sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All 1
ri~hts and obligat ions under this mortgege ahall extend to and '
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, executors, administratora, .
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
