reference is hereby made to said note and 9upplemental agree- ±
ment for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the aame
are hereby incorporated herein as fully as if written out ~
verbatim herein, and recorded pursusnt to 695.02, Florida ;
Statutes, in Officiel Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the singular shall include the plural,
and the masculine sh~ll include the feminine end neuter. All j
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to snd !
be bindin~ upon the re~pective heirs, executors, administrators, '
successors and assigrls of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee. ~
