and Ann Joan MeDonald, his wife, dated August 22, t963 , and ~eeorded
in the public records of St. LuC~e County, Florida. in O. R. Book 69, o~ page 8
259-260 , securinq the payment of the sum of Eiqht Thousand, Nine Htlndred and no/100-----

has ~eceived full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secu~ed the~eby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all ~ight, title and interest conveyed by said mo~igage in
and to the premises deuribed therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Cou~t of ihe aforesaid County to
