AG88B1~NT made the daq of ,
1965, betweea REBD~HAUGRTON MOTORS, INC., a Florida co ration,
and DON D. RI;BD, BUGENB D. HAUG.HT(~I and SPBNCSR B. GILBffitT, as
Trustees.
WHBRBAS~ the Employer desires to assist its employees in
providing a life incaae for their support wheri they shall have
retired from the 8m~loyer's e~loy, and
'WHERSAS, to accamplish that purpose, the Board of Directors
of the ~up~.oyer, at a meeting thereof held on the day of
1965, specifically approved and adopted by
resolution plan eu~bodied herein,
NaW~ THERSFORE, in consideration af the premises and of
the mutual covenants~herein contained, it is agreed by and betweea
the Employer and the Trustees, as follows:

PxELII~lINARY MATI'ERS
1.01 The name of this Pension 1Yust Agreement shall be
RE~~HAUGHTON MOTORS: INC. PSNSION TRUST.
1.02 This Trust created in the United States, e~mbodies a.
pensian plan of the F.~nployer, as ~hereinafter defined. It is for the
• exclusive benefit of Employees of the Employer and their benefi•
ciaries, and shall be interpreted and administered in a manner ;

consistent with the requirements of Section 401 (a) of the Internal
_ ~
Revenue Code of 1954, as it may hereafter be amended, or of any (

provisions of any future Internal Revenue Code of similar scope ~

and purpose. Wherever in this Trust discretionary powers are
given to any party, or wherever any interpretatfon maq be necessary, -
such pawe~s shall be euercised or such interpretation shall be made
