WHBRBAS~ the Employer desires to assist its employees in providing a life incaae for their support wheri they shall have retired from the 8m~loyer's e~loy, and 'WHERSAS, to accamplish that purpose, the Board of Directors of the ~up~.oyer, at a meeting thereof held on the day of 1965, specifically approved and adopted by resolution plan eu~bodied herein, NaW~ THERSFORE, in consideration af the premises and of the mutual covenants~herein contained, it is agreed by and betweea the Employer and the Trustees, as follows: ' W I T N E S S E T H: ARTIGLB I PxELII~lINARY MATI'ERS 1.01 The name of this Pension 1Yust Agreement shall be RE~~HAUGHTON MOTORS: INC. PSNSION TRUST. 1.02 This Trust created in the United States, e~mbodies a. pensian plan of the F.~nployer, as ~hereinafter defined. It is for the • exclusive benefit of Employees of the Employer and their benefi• ciaries, and shall be interpreted and administered in a manner ; f consistent with the requirements of Section 401 (a) of the Internal _ ~ Revenue Code of 1954, as it may hereafter be amended, or of any ( r provisions of any future Internal Revenue Code of similar scope ~ . i and purpose.
