11.09 In the event of any ambiguity, the Trustees shall
have the power to construe this Pension Trust Agreement, and their
consideration of the same, reasonably arrived at_and in good faith,
shall be final and conclusive. -
ARTICLE RII

12.01 All parties to this Trust and all persons claiming
anq interest hereunder shall perform any and all acts and execute
any and all documents and papers which may be necessary or desir~
able for carrying out its terms. This agreement and all acts and
decisions taken under it shall be binding upon the heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigas of any and all parties
hereto present and future.
12.02 This Trust shall not be construed as creating any
~ contract of employment between the F.mployer and any Employee.
12,03 Except as it may be necessary on termination of
employment to repay advances contributed by the F~nployer to provide
benefits under this Trust, no Participant shall have the right to
alienate or assign benefits provided under this trust. If any
Participant shall atte~npt to alienate or assign such benefits or
should such~ beaefits be sub3 ect to attac~ent, execution, garnish~
ment or other legal or equitable process, the Trustees shall take
the necessary steps so that such benefits shall not be available
to the Particip~nt, but shall be used bq the Trustees for the
benefit of the Participant or for the mea~bers of his family.
12.04 Neither the F~nployer nor the Trustees shall be
responsible for~ the validity of any Policies, or for the failure
