the Trustees to be registered in or transferred into
their names as Trustees or the name of their nominee
or nominees~ or to hold them unregistered or in form
permitting transferability by delivery~ but at all times
with full responsibility therefor as Trustees.
13.0~ On the Sntry Date of this Trust and on each such
subsequent $ntry Date~ the Trustees shall certify to the Smployer
the amounts necessary for it to contribute to the Investment Fuad +
in order tbat the required amount will be accumulated in the fund
to purchase the annuities as provided for in Section 4.01.
13.04 In determining the am~ount required for deposit in
the Investment Fun.d the Trustees may accept the actuarial co~utations
of an Insurer or they may e~uploy actuarial service to make such
computations, assuming such interest rate as they deem prudent and -
such discouats for probable mortality of Participants as is in
accordance with actuarial tables acceptable to the Internal Revenue
Service.
~ 13.05 No Participant shall have any interest in the Invest-

ment Fund~ except as otherwise specificallq provided in this Trust.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF~ REED-HAUGHTON M01~ORS~ INC.~ by its
President as duly authorized by vote of its Board of Directors and
with the F~ployer's seal affixed~ and the Trustees have caused these
presents to be signed this day of February~ 1965.
