ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT OF LEASE
This addendum to the Agreeanent of Lease dated March 30,
1965, by and between DON D. REED~ EUGENE D. NAUGHTO~N and SPENCER
B. GILBERT, as Trustees of the Reed-Haughton Motors, Inc. Pension
Trust, Lessor, and EARMAN OIL CO., INC., a Florida corporation,
with its principal office at Vero Besch, Florida, Lessee, is for
the purpose of amending Paragraph One of the aforesaid Agreement
of Lease relating to the legal description of the real property
which is the subject of the lease.
The follawing legal description is the true and correct
description of the property intended to be set out at the inception
of the original Agreement of I,ease made by the parties hereto dated
- March 30, 1967, to-wit:

Lots 1, 2 and 3, of ~Block "B+' of BQULEVARD ~ '
DEVELOPI~IT C0~'ANY SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 2, page 11 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The above proper~y also described as Lots 1, 2
~ ~ and 3, and the North 20 feet of Lot 4, Block "B"
of the Re-subdivison of BaULEVARD DEVEIAPMENT ~
CO~ANY SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 3, page 3, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
That the date of commence~nent of the term of the original
Agree~nent of Lease dated March 30, 1967, above-mentioned, was
November 17, 1965, when the-lessee went into possession.
