This cause came before the Court on complaint, default

judgm0nt which is hereby ratified and confirmed, and proofs. The
Court finds that Defendant, E.SFORYSS PACRING CORP., was duly served
with summons at law on June 21, 1967; that this Court has 3urisdiction
of said Defendant and of the subject matter of this suit; and that
Plaintiff has made due proof of the mate~ial allegations of its com-
plaint. Being advised in the premises and it appearing proper to do
so:
IT IS ORD~D AND ADJUDGSD that ~udgment be and the sa~ae is
herewith and hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff, FLORIDA FARi~ BURSAII
MUTUAL INSURANCS COMPANY, a Florida corporation, and against Defendant,
ffiFOR1~3 PACKING CORP., for the sum of $5,993.24 as unpaid principal;
