tirety. The soid Katherine predeceased her husband in St. Petersburg, Florido, on or about
February of 1966 I~aving the entire ~+Ar~ership, right, title and interest in said property in
, Adolph Edw~ord iioernig beoause of his survivorship. The wid Adolph died testate in St. Peters- ~
burg, Florida, August 6, 1966 and under his last will 8~ test~ament prcbated in Fite ~4~s937, ,
Co~~ty Judges Court In and For Pinellas Cou~rty, Florida, saidproperty w~as given, devised and
bequeathed as part of the rest, residue end remoinder of his estate to his three chilcken: Russell
Martin Hoemig, Leslie Thomas Hcernig and Roy J. Hcernig(oll of whom survived him). ;
