THIS CAUSB coming on this day to be heard before me upon
Plaintiff~s Motion for Order of Dismissal and Return of Instruments
of this cause, and it appearing to the Court that subsequent to the

filing of the Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage heretofore filed herein, `
~
the Defendants, ALBERT W. JONES and KAREN D. JONES, his wife, have
tendered to Plaintiff all monies past due on the mortgage sought to be
foreclosed, including all cost incurred in such foreclosure proceedings, and
it further appearing-that Plaintiff has accepted suoh moni,es tendered and
~
~ has reinstated said mortgage on a current basis, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration thereof,
ORDERED, ADJUDC~D AND DECI2EED that the Complaint to foreclose

j mortgage heretofore filed herein, be and it is hereby dismissed without
~ re 'udice and that the Notice of Lis Perr3ens heretofore filed herein ba

cancelled; and, it is further
~ ORDE~D, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the original instruments
heretofore submitted to this Court, to-wit; mortgage note, mortgage deed

and assignment of mortgage be and the same are hereby ordered to be #
returned by maa.l to the Pla intiff herein by the Clerk of the Court.
