WHSRBAS, a portion of a certain utility Qaeement was vacated and ~
abandoned by the City of Fort Pierce in Ordinance No. F-46; and
WHBREAS, it is necessary to more exactly describe the portion of
said easement being vacated a~d abandoned;
BE ZT ORDAINSD BY THfi PSOPLB OP' THB CI1Y OF FC~tT PISRCS~ FLORIDAt
S~CTION 1. That Section l. of Ordinance No. F-46 be and the same
is hereby ~nended by adding thereto the fo llowing s ±

"The inte~t of said action is to vacate and abandon
that part of ttie pub~~c utility easement lying 6 feet `
on both sides of the South boundary line of Lot 14,
Block 1~, SUAfl2ISE SSTi4T8S ~ Plat Book 8~ Page ~5 ~
excepting so much thereof as - lies Mri thin 6 feet of
the West boundazy line of said Lot 14~ and within
6 feet of the West bour~ary li~ of said Lot 14~
extended 6 feet Southerly. "
SBCTION 2. This Ordirtanve shall take effect immediately upon '
