This Assignment is subject to a Collateral Assignment to St. Lucie County ,

145, page 530, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and parties of
the second part assume and agree to pay the remaining balance of said
indebtedness to St. Lucie County Bank, the current principal amount thereof ~

interest, being one-half, in the above described note and mortgage to parties
