Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pe~ges 115-118, of the
public records of St. I,ucie (•oeanty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~rular shall include the plural,
and ths mascul;ne shell include the feminine and neuter. All
rights an3 obliget ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assi~ns of the Mortg~gor and Mortgagee.
