PERSONALLY APPEARED before me, the undersigned authority
author3zed to administer osths, O, R. MINTQN, who after being
_-duly swaorn deposes and says as followss
1. That he is the president of Minton Sun, Inc., a
Florida corporation, arid as president of said corporation is
authorized to malce this Affidavit on behalf of the corporation.
2. That on August 3, 1967, Minton Sun, Inc. entered
into a Grower's Crop Agreement with Lyon Citrus Groves, Inc., a
Florida corporation, whereby the said Lyon Citrus Groves, Inc.
granted to Minton Sun, Inc, the exclusive right and authority to
pick, handle, grade, wash, size, process, can, pack, ship, sell
and market all of the citrus fruits and the products tllereoF
grown or controlled by Lyon Citrus Groves, Inc. for approximately
480 ~?cres of land located in St. Lucie County, Florida, more fully
described as: ~

of the North 240 feet of the West 150 feet of
