~ the warranty deed a~d title policy to be delivered as provided in said contract,
and
WHEREAS, Paul T. Douglas, Countx Judge, did enter an Order
Directing Distribution to Residual Legatee on the 19th day of May, 1967, which
Order directs this aseignment as clistribution to the Assignee.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Assignors hereby assign to the Assignee the
' said contract and all their right, title, and interest in ~nd• to the parcel of land
therein described and the said Certificate of Payment to have and to hold the
~ame unto the Assignee,. its succeseors and assigns forever, subject, never-
the less, to the terms and conditions and stipulations aontained in said contract
and Certificate of Payment and said property rights to be used for scholarships
for worthwhile applicants.
