WHBRBAS, a portion of a certain utility easement was vaca?ted and
abandoned by the City of Fort Pierce in Ordinance No. R-46; and
WHSR~AS, it f s necessary to more exa?ctly describe the portion of

said easement being vacated and abaridoned; ;

SfiCTION l. That Section 1. of Otdinance No. F-46 be a~d the same
is hereby amended by adding thc:reto the fo 11oWing s
"The intent of said action is to vacate and abandon ~
that part of the public utility easement lying 6 feet ~
on both sides of the South bounda~cy line of Lot 14~ E
Block 17 ~ SUI~t ISE BSTATfiS ~ Plat Book 8~ Page 75 ~
excepting so much thereof as lies within 5 feet of
the West boundary line of said Lot 14~ and within
• 6 feet of the West boundary line of said Lot 14~
extended 6 feet Southerly."
