existinq under the laws of the State of California~ the Grantor,
in consideration of the sum of t10.00 (Ten Dollars) and other good
and valuable considerations received from HAROLD U. JACOBSON, the
Grantee~ whose post office address is ~3300 Lee Court~ Elm Grove,
Wisconsin 53122, hereby on this 2nd d~y of August , 1967, con-
veys to the Grantee the real property 3.n St. Lucie County, Florida,
described as:
The South 698 ~ f.eet of Block 1 of the ALAN WILSON ;
GROVE PLAT, according to plat thereof recorded in ~
Plat Book 12~ page S0~ St. Lucie County~ Florida, !
public records, containing 41.08 acres more or less;
Together with easements in common with others in, ;
on~ over and under the West 85 feet of Block 1 of i
said ALAI~ WILSON GROVE PLAT for dike~ ditch~and ~
road purposes and in, on~ over and under any and ;
all other roads and ditches heretofore and here- - ~
after so designated and reserved by the Grantor ~
for such purposes; ~
Subject to easement for dike~ ditch and road pur-
poses over the West 85 feet, the South 30 feet and ~
the East 60 feet of the subject lands as shown on ;
the recorded plat of the ALAN WILSON GROVE;
This conveyance is made and accepted subject to a
first mortgage given by BLUE:GOOSE GROWERS, INC.,
a California corporation~ to the MUTUAL LIFE INS-
E URANCE COMPANY of NEW YORK~ a New York corporation~
~ dated April 25, 1966, filed for record May 12, 1966,
~ and recorded in Official Records Book 145, page 344,
~ etc., St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, as
modified by that certain Apportionment Agreement,
dated April 27~ 1967~ filed for record May 25, 1967,
and recorded in Official Records Book 166, page 1447,
etc.~ St. Lucie County~ Florida~ public records~ upon
which mortgage and the note secu~ed thereby, as appor-
tioned to Grantor by said Apportionment Agreement,
. there remains unpaid the principal sum of 520,000.00,
with interest from July l, 1967, which Grantee hereby
assumes and agrees to pay as a portion of the purchase
price for said premises, said interest to be paid at
the rate of 7~ per~annum beginning August 1, 1967.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, the heirs~
