PESRY and RUTH PESRY, his wife, ANDRB~1 SLLISON a d AMBLIA S. BLLISON,
his wife, and A. PAUL YOUNG and BILLIS YOUNG, his wife, whose mail-
ing addressea ares c/o Crary, Crary & Crary, 201 First National
Bank Building, Stuart, Florida, hereinafter known as the Grantors,
and HOLIDAY OUT IN AMERIGA AT ST. LUCI$, INC.. a Florida corporation,
whose mailing address ia P. 0. Box 161, Stuart, Florida, hereina£ter
known as Grantee;
WITNESSETH: That the aaid Grantors,_for and in considera-
tion of the s~m of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable con- ~
siderations to the~n in hand paid by the said Grantee, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknawledged, have granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
remiaed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents
do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm
unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all the
following piece, parcel, or tract of land, situate, lying and being
in the Gounty of St, Lucie, State of Florida, and more particularly
described as follows, to-wit:
Begirining on the Indian River at a point 502.8
feet South and 130 feet West of the Southw~est
corner of Governmerit Lot 4, Section 11, Town-
ship 37 South, Range 41 East; thence run East
1410 f~et; thence North 23 degrees West 1555.7 ~
feet to a point which is 945.7 feet North of
~ and 694.5 feet East of the Southwest corner of ~
Government Lot 4, Section 11, Township 37 South,
of Range 41 East; thence run Westerly on a line
parallel with the South line of Government Lot
4, as aforesaid a distance of 1020.5 feet more
or less to the East shore of Indian River; thence
Sou therly following the meanderings of the Indian ~
River to the point of beginning. Being a part of t
Government Lots 3, 4 and 5 of said Section 11. ~

Also the South 817.2 feet of Lot 5 of Section 11,
and the South 817.2 feet of Lot l, Section 12,
Township 37 South, Range 41 East.
Together with all right, title and interest of the
Grantors in and to Government Lots 3, 4 and 5 of
aaid Section 11, and Government Lot 1 of said
Section 12, and any lands lying between said -
