Said plat shall conform to the pla.t laws of St. Lucie County, Florida and shall contain not Iess than 135 lots in the Southerly 550 feet. The mortqa,gee will execut e and deliver partial releases of individual lots in the Southerly 550 feet as measured a- long State Road A-1-A of Government Lot 4 lyinq West of State Road A-1-A, upon payment of the sum of ~210. 00 for each lot so released, provided, how- ever, that no partial releases of the mortqa.ge shall be given prior to the first payment of principal on this mortgaqe.
