RELEASE CLAUSE

It is agreed between the parties that the mortgaqees may subdivide

and pla.t the mortgaged premises as a travel trailer park and related facil- `
it ies and the mortgagee aqrees to join in such plat. Said plat shall conform
to the pla.t laws of St. Lucie County, Florida and shall contain not Iess than
135 lots in the Southerly 550 feet. The mortqa,gee will execut e and deliver
partial releases of individual lots in the Southerly 550 feet as measured a-
long State Road A-1-A of Government Lot 4 lyinq West of State Road A-1-A,
upon payment of the sum of ~210. 00 for each lot so released, provided, how-
ever, that no partial releases of the mortqa.ge shall be given prior to the
first payment of principal on this mortgaqe. The mortgaqee will release
the Northerly 450 feet of Government Lot 4 lying West of State Road A-1=A
in contiguous strips of 150 feet in width (as measured along Sta.te Raod A-1-
running from South to North, beginninq at the South line thereof, upcin pay-
ment of the sum of ~6, 400. 00 for each strip so released. That part lyinq

in Government Lot 3 may be released after above is released upon payment '
