l. That A. Paul Young will act as Trustee for the `

parties hereto for the purpose of collecting the sums thereon
becominq due from time to time and distributing same as hereinafter
set forth, and enforcing the terms and conditions of such mortgagea, ~
and for the purpose of executing partial releases and satisfactions
thereoft and joining in any plats of said property.
2. The mortgage payments so collected, after payments +

on real estate commission, shall be distributed as follows:
A. To William W. Adams and Anne Adams, his wife,
or the survivor of them, or their heirs, executors, administrators
or assigns, 19.1596.
B. To Cliff W. Peery and Ruth Peery, his wife, or
the survivor of them, or their heirs, executors, administrators
` or assiqns, 19.1596. ~
C. To Andrew Ellison and Amelia S. Ellison, his

trators or assigns, 19.15%.

D. To A. Paul Young and Billie Young, his wife, or ~
the survivor of them, or their heirs, executors, administrators

3. No. persons, firms or corporations dealing with said
Trustee shall be required to see to the proper application or dis-
tribution by the Trustee of any trust funds received by him.

4. This trust agreement shall be recorded in the public i

records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Trustee shall cause•
a certified copy thereof to be furnished to William W. Adams,
