duly notarized by him. .

6. Upon the death, disability or resignation of said
Trustee, or for no reason at all, beneficiaries representing a

majority interest under the terms of this trust agreement may
appoint a successor Trustee by written instrument, duly acknowledged,
and recorded in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and such successor Trustee shall thereupon be vested with all
rights and responsibilities hereinbefo=e set forth.
