$10.00, paid by the Grantee to the Grantor at or before the delivery
~ nf these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
~ granted, bargained, sold, and conveyed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, and co~vey unto the Gra~tee forever the follow-
ing land situated in the County of St. Lucie , State of Flori.da;
Lot 26, of Block 23, PINSWOOD 3UBDIVISION,
_ in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5,

together with all and singular the easements, tenements, heredita-
ments, fiatures, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise
_ appertaining. This deed is an absolute conveyance of title to the

'intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or security of any kind. ;
~ TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises unto_the Grantee `
and his successors and assigns to their use, benefit, and behoof for-
ever, and the Grantor does hereby specially warrant the title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever claiming by, through or under the Grantor, except
