Together with all buildings, improvements, fiatures or
~ appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon ~r placed there- ~
in, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles,
whether in single nnits or centrally controlled, used to sup-
ply heat, ges, air conditioning, weter, light, power, refrig-
eration, ventilation or other services, and any other thing
now or-hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which
by lessors to lessees is customary or appropriate, including
scr~gna, window shades,-storm doors and windows, floor cover-
in~s, screen doors, fn-a-dacr beds, awnings, stoves and Hater
heeters (a?1 of which are intende3 to be and are hereby de-
clared to be~a part of said real estate whether physically
atiached tnereto or not); and also together with all ease-
ments an3 the rents, issues and profits of said premises which
are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the
Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due ea pro-
vided in the Supplemente 1 A~reement secured hereby. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subrogated to the ri~hts of all mortgegee~a, .
lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.
TO HhVE ArjD TO HOLD the said property, with said build-
inga, improvementa, fixtures, appurtenances, apparatus and ~
equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto -
belonging, unto said Mortgagee forever for the uses herein
set forth, free froin~ell rights and be efits under the home-
stead, eaemption and vsluation laws of~any state, which said
ri~hts end benefits said Martgagor doe hereby release and
waive. ~
