SATISFACTION OF CLAIM OF LIEN
STAR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF FT. PIERCE, INC., a
Florida Corporation, hereby acknowledges full payment
and satisfaction of that certain Claim of Lien filed in
Official Record Book 157, at Pages 313 and 314 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida against Lots
1 through 14 of La Varn Subdivision owned by Kenneth
Drummond and Ernest Gordon and hereby instructs the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida to
cancel said Claim of Lien.
