QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this 25th day of
JULY , 1967, by BESSIE F. LUEDEMAN, a single adult,
SUZANNE LaMONTHE and ARTHUR E. LaMONTHE, her husband, and
ROBERT DOUGLAS and MARY DOUGLAS, his wife, FIRST PARTY, ta ~
CATHERINE SANIA, whose mailing address is: 2525 Acorn Street, -
Fort Pierce, Florida, SECOND PARTY:
(Wherever used herein the terms "first
party" and "second party" shall include
singular and plural, heirs, legal repre-
sentatives, and assigns of individuals,
and the successors and assigns of corpora-
tions, wherever the context so admits or
requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in
consideration of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the second
party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second party for-
ever, all the riqht, title, interest, ~claim and demand which
the said first party has in and~to the following described lot,
` piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in The County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit: -
PARCEL A: Al1 that part of Lot 9, Block 2,
RIRBY SUBDIVISION as per plat book 3, at page
~ 86, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records,
described as follows: From the Northeast cor-
~ ner of said Lot 9, run Southwesterly along the
~ Northerly line of said lot a distance of 25
feet to point of beginninq; thence continue
Southwesterly along the said Northerly line a__ ~
distance of 94.8 feet, thence turn and run
Southeasterly 65.35 feet to the South line of
said Lot 9, thence East along said South line
76.7 feet, thence Northwesterly 103.6 feet
parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot 9
to the point of beginning.
PARCEL B: From the Northeast corner of SE 1/4

pointof beginning; thence South 25.4 feet, thence
Northwesterly 80.35 feet to the North line of said

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaininq, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien,
equity and claim w•hatsoever of the said first party, either
in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof
of the said second party forever.
