of the second part, at or bejore the enseoli~a~ and delivery oj these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowle~~sed, has granted, bargained, sold, assi~ned,
transferred and set ouer, and b~ these presents does grant, bar~ain, selt, asst~n,
tra~asjer and set over unto the sai~t parties of the second part a certain indenture
of mort~age bearin~ date the 31st day of December ,
in the year one tliousand nine hundred and sixty-three , made by
Charles F. Chaplin

Sai.nt Lucie Count~, Florida, upon the following described piece or
parcet of land, situate and being in Saint Lucie County, State of
Florida, to-wit:
T'he South 660 feet of the West 1/2 and the South
660 feet of the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of Section
22; the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the North-
west 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27; and
the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section
28; and the South 660 feet of the East 1/2 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 21, all in Township 34
South, Range 38 East. -
Subject to that certain easement for canal and road
recorded in Official Records Book 18, at page 241,
and easement recorded in Official Records Book 85,
at page 456, and-the oil, gas and mi.neral reserva-
tions held by E. N. Belcher.
