2. To obtain loans from Florida Citrus Production Credit Association
from year to year for the purpose of producino crops, gro~,ring and fattening
livestock, operating dairies, and for any other purposes uhich u~r attorney in
fact shall believe advisable~ the total principal of all lo3ns outstanding at any
one time not to exceed tl:e sum of ~1,000~C00.00; ~
3. To make and present to said association applications for such loans,
including financial statements; to execute notes, rene~als and extensions thereof,
evidencing the indebtedness incurred on account of such loans; to issue~ endorse
or otheruise ne~otiate~ checks~ drafts, bills of exchan~e~ or other evidences of
indebtedness; and to endArse any note in a~y name which is payable to the association
and uhich has been executed by any tenant(s) or sharecropper(s) occupying or using
lands in Khich I may noW or hereafter have any interest;
To execute and deliver ~ortga~es~ security agreements and 'oills oE~
sale, a;ricultural liens and other security instru~ents~ mortgaging or cpnveying „N,~~
