from year to year for the purpose of producing crops~ groxing and fattening

fact shall believe advisable~ the total principal of all loans outstanding at any

3. To make and present to said association applications for such loans~
including financial statements; to execute notes~ renewals ar,d extensions thereof~
evidencing the indebtedness incurred on account of such loans; to issue~ endorse
or otherKise negotiate, checks, drafts, bills of exchange~ or ot~her evidences of
indebtedness; and to endorse any note in n~r name which is pa~yable to the associ~.on ~
and which has been executed by any tenant(s) or sharecroppsr(s) occupyin~or usiT~
