the time of maturity of any subsequent installment, Neither forbearance, nor acceptance by ihe hatder
hereof afte~ any default in any payment hereon, ahall be deemed extension. ~
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentme~t, protest #
and notice of protest for non-payment, and further agrees to any extension of time of payment, either before ~
or after maturify, without notice to any of us; and to pay a!! costs of collection, inctuding a reasonable attor-
ney's fee in the event af any default hereunder, and heraby severally waives alf benefit of homestead and
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligation or ;
any extension of renewal hereof. ~
