The Petition of ERNESTINE VINCENT MA~'AGAN and THE CITY BANK
AND TRUST COMPANY OF ST. PETERSBUR+G for approval of their final
returns as Co-Executors of the above estate and for Discharge
as such Co-Executors, having come on this day to be heard; and .
it appearing to the Court that due and legal notice of the fil-
ing of said retums and of intention to make application for
discharge has been published, as required by law, and that the
said Ernestine Vincent Mahagan and The City Bank and Trust Com-
pany of St. Petersburg, as Co-Executors aforesaid, have faith-
fully administered the estate of said decedent and have accounted
for all of the assets of said estate and have performed all other ,
acts necessary and proper in the administration of the safd esta[e
to authorize their final discharge upon the making of final distri-
bution; and
It further appearing to the Court that said Co-Exeeutors have
heretofore filed herein their proposed plan of distribution which
specifically designates the manner in which all of the assets now - i

remaining in this estate should be surrendered, transferred and
paid over in distribution to the respective beneficiaries entitled
to receive the same, under the provisio~s of the Last Will and Test-
ament of Dorothy G. Rad ley, Deceased; that further, objections to ~
said Proposed Plan of D~.stribution were duly made by way of a Peti-
tion filed herein by a beneficiary, Robert B. Enemark, and after
due hearing was had thereupon, an Order was entered in this cause '

on the 8th day of May, 1967, dismissing the said Petition aud Ob-
jections, as filed by t he said Robert B. Enemark; and ;
It further appearing to the Court that no other objections to
