Plan of Distribution have been filed herein, and $aid Co-
Executors are now entitled to an Order approving their accounts
and directing them to make final distribution in accordance
with the Plan of Distribution, as filed.

IT IS THEREUPON ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Report
and accounts of the said Ernestine Vincent Mahagan and The
City Bank and Trust Campany of St. Petersburg, as such Co- .
Executors, be and the same are hereby confiraned and approved.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Ernestine
Vincent Mahagan and The City Sank and Trust Company of St.
Petersburg, as Co-Executors aforesaid, be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to make distribution, surrender,
transfer and assign the assets remaining in this estate, in
accordance with ~the said Plan of Distributfon, to the re-
~ spective beneficiaries.entitled to receive the sa~me under the
Last Will and Testamerit of Doro~hy G. Radley, Deceased; and
upon the filing of evidenc~, satisfactory to the Court,
showing that distribution has been made, as herein directed,
then an Order of Final Discharge be entered in this estate.-
