TRUST COMPANY OF ST. P8T8RSBUR~G, as Co-~cecutore of the Bstate
of DOROTHY G. RADLBY, Deceased, an estate being administered
in Pinellas County, Florida, PARTIBS OF THS FIRST PART, and
ROBBRT B. SNBMARK, whose post office address is ~2 Lyme Street,
Weymouth, Massachusetts, PARTY OF TH$ SSCOND PART,
WITNBSSSTYi:
TNAT WNSREAS, Dorothy G. Radleq departed this life testate
on the 23rd day of December, 1965, and by Order of th~ Countq
Judges Court of Pinellas County, Florida, SRNBSTINB VINCSNT
. MAHAGAN and THB CITY BANK AND TRUST CO~MPANY OF ST. PBTERSBURG .
were appointed and.are now the duly qualified and acting Co-Sx=
ecutors of the Estate of Dorothy G. Radley, Deceaeed; and
Wf~RSAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Last Will and
Testament of said Dorothy G. Radleq, the said decedent did devise
and bequeath unto the PARTY OF THE SBCOND PART the hereinafter
described real estate; and i
WHEREAS, said Co-Executors have now been authorized and
empowered by the Honorable County Judges Court of Pinell8~ County,
Florida to distribute and surrender said hereinafter described
real estate unto the said pARTY OF THS SBCOND PART, in accordance
with decedent's Will, -
NOW, THffitEFORE, for and in consideration of the premises
and pursuant.to the aforementioned Order of the County Judges
II Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the PARTIBS OF THE FIRST PART
hereto, as Co-Sxecutors of the Estate of Dorothy G. Radley, Deceased ~
~ have granted, bargained, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and
confirmed vato the said PARTY OF TNB SBOOND PART, and his heir8
and assigns forever, that certain lot, tract and parcel of land
situate, lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, more particularly described as follaws, to-wit: ,
