THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this _ 22nd day of July ,

WITNESSETH, That the said first parties, for and in consideration of
the sum of $1. 00 and other valuable consider~tions, in hand paid by the said
second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, -
release and quit- claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said first parties have in and to the =
fol2owing described 2ot, piece o'r parcel of land, aituate, lying and being in

An undivided one-half interest in and to the following:

TOGETHER with an undivided one-half interest in and to the
furniture and equipment therein situate, the same being more
particularly described in Bill of Sale dated June 12, 1961,
from General Development InvQStors Plans Inc, , to Margaret
P. Sisson and Mary Morse Biddle,
7n HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the _
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the
