THIS DEED made and executed this ~ day of August, A.D., ~

1967, by FORT PIBRCS PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a special taxing ~
district, hereinafter called the Grantor, to MICO ENGINEERING COR-
PORATION, a Florida corporation, whose post office address is
P. O. Box 1167, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the
Grantee.
WITL~SSETH, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, re-

ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain,

sell, and convey unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, the
following described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 9 and 10,- of Block 3, of the AIRPORT
INDUSTRIAL PARK, LTI~TIT 1, as recorded in
Plat Book 12, at page 40 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO ~iVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining .

pages 1465 and 1466. Provided, however, that if a Butler-type
building approximately 32' x 86', to be approved by the Grantor, ;

is not constructed by the Grantee within six (6) months from this ~

date and a tool and die manufacturing business is not started by
the Grantee within said period, title to said lands shall revert
to the Grantor, its successors and assigns.
