=s WHSREAS, Frances Nogel Frisbie is the duly qualified and
acting Executrix of the Sstate of David L. Nogel, deceased; and
~ WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of March, 19G7, by Order of the
Honorable Paul T. Douglas, County Judge in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, the party of the first part was granted leave and authority
to sell and convey all right, title and interest in and to the prop-
erty hereinafter described be].onging to the Estate of David L. Nogel,
deceased, for the reasons, purposes and considerations set forth in
said Order,to SUNS$T PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, or its Assignee,
, and said SUNSET PARK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION having assiqned its
interest in the right to purchase said property to the parties of
the second part; and
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of April, 1967, by Order of the
Honorable J. M. Sample, County Judge in and for St. Lucie County,

Florida, authenticated copies of decedent, David L. Nogel's, will,
petition for probate of the will, letters testamentary, petition
for authorization of sale, order authorizing sale, United States
Certificate Releasing Estate Tax Lien (Form 792), and Partial Release ;

of Estate Tax Lien from the ComptroZler of the State of Florida, were °
admitted to record in the County Judge's Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida; ,
NaW, THERBFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of t}ie foregoing and in
further consideration of the sum of TWENTY-FNE THOUSAND FWR HUNDRSD
TEN ($25, 410.00) D(~.LARS (the interest of tlie Estate in the sale)
purchase money paid, the party of the first part has sold and
conveyed, and does hereby sell and convey unto the said Robert E.
