Florida public recorda; Less and excepting there- ~
from the Sast 50 feet, anci a parcel 250 feet by 250
feet in the Northeast coraer; Also Less the right-of- .
way to Central and Southern Florida Flood Corttrol
District as described in Deed Hook 259, at page 166;
TO AAVE AND TO HO~,D the same unto the said ROBERT E.
R06$ and MARY R06E, his wife, their heirs and assigns, in as full .
and ample manner as the same was possessed or enjoyec3 by the said
David L. Nogel, deceased, in his lifetime.
Z'his Deed is executeci by Frances Nogel Frisbie as
Sxecutrix of the Estate of David L. Nogel, deceased, by virtue of ~
and in exercise of the power and authority granted by Order of the
County Judge in and for Palm Beach County, Florida signed on the
22nd day of March, ~.967. And the party of the first part does
hereby covenant with the parties of the second part,~their heirs ~
and assigns, that ~he has not made, done, cormnitted, executed or ~
suffered any act or acts, thing or things whatevez-, by means of
which the above property, or the title thereto, or any part thereof,
now is or may at any time hereafter be impeached, charged or en-
cwnbered in any manner whatsoever,
