In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and th9 masculine snell ir_cl~ade the feminine and neuter. Al1 .
rights and obligat ions under tnis mortgage shall extend to and
be ~indin~ upon tY~e respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the i~ortgagor and Mortgagee.
