i said name being herein called ~~Honston"), a Delaware corporation

as heretofore or hereafter amended, snpplemented, restated and c:on-
solidated, referred to helow (herein called the Indenture"), party

a national banking association, aa co-trnatee nnder said respective Mort-
~ gage$ and Deeds of Trast of Honaton and of Coastal Tranamission
Corporation (merged into the Company and herein called "Coastal"),
as heretofore or hereafter amended, snpplemented, restated and con-
solidated (herein called the "Florida Co-Trnstee"), party of the third
part (the Trnstee and the Florida CaTrnstEe being herein together
called the ~ "1'rustees ;
Wasa~ss, the Company has ontstanding three series of its First
Mortgage Pipe Line Bonds, namely, its 5~q'o Series dne Jnly 1, 1979
(herein called the "Bonds of the 1979 Series"), ita 5~4 yo 8eries dne
Jannary 2, 1982 (herein called the "Bonda of the 1982 Series") and
its 6 y'o Series dne November 1, 1986 (herein called the '`Bonds of the
1986 Series "j, under its Indentnre, consisting of said respeetive Mort-
gages and Deeda of Trnst, dated ss of Jannarp 1, 1959, ae heretofore
amended, anpplemented, restated and consolidated by certain Snpple-
mental Indentnres, dated as of certain dates and otherwise identified
as followa (First through Seventh each being eeparate Bapplemental
Indentnres of Honston and Coastal) :

(2) Second Supplemental Indentnrea, April 1, 1959,
