between the Reduction Date and the end of f,he $elevant Period, and
the denominator of which is the nnmber of yeara (inclusive as afore-
~ said) bet~een the aforementioned date of determination and the end
~ of the 8elevant Period, and there shall be dedncted from tLe snm com-
+ pnted pnrsuant to Snbdivision (b) (i) above such qnantity of snch
rednetion, and the lowest aggregate volume of natnral gas referred
to iu Snlzdivision (b) (u) above shall be, but only to the eatent tLat the
Company shall be entitled to tranaport the same throngh all or any part
of the Pipe Line System for the respective acconnts of the Transporta-
tiou Cnstomers dnring the periods referred to in said Snbdivision (a)
(u), the applicable aforementioned average of the annual rates pnr- -
snant to saicl Snbdivision (a) (ii)."
(b) In the definition of the term "Date of Exhanstion of Avail-
